Return conditions：

At IKAZZ, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receive date. We will no longer accept product returns after 30 days. Before returning the product, please make sure that the product meets the following return conditions:
• The product has not been washed and has no remaining stains;
• The product must be intact and unused;
• The labels and/or seals that accompany the product must not be removed;
• It is best to return the items in the original packaging in which the products were delivered.

Note: If the return or exchange is not caused by quality problems, the buyer shall bear the return freight.
