Shipping

· What is your shipping policy?

We offer a free shipping service. All orders take 1-3 business days to process. If you need a return or exchange, please refer to the “Return and exchange policy”.


According to the different shipping addresses, products will be shipped using different express shipping methods. The shipping methods we use are POST, E-POST first class, FedEx, UPS, DHL, SF-Express, etc.

 

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Due to the different tax policies of various countries, import duties are expected to be collected (except for the United States). Buyer duties collection will be carried out according to one country`s national policies. Refusing to pay the customs fees upon receiving the product will result in the package being abandoned, destroyed or returned back to the sender. In this case, the customer will forfeit the item and all fees paid to IKAZZ.

· How can I track my order?

Once payment is received, and the order is sent out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Then you can track your order by clicking on “Track Order” in the shipping confirmation email.

· Can I change the ship to address while my order is in transit?

We apologize, but we are unable to reroute orders during transit. If you need more details or assistance, you maycontact us.

· How do I edit or cancel my online orders?

Orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Once you have received the items, you may return the product. Please refer to our “Return and Exchange Policy”.

Return Details

· What is your return and exchange policy?

At IKAZZ, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receive date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions: 

• Unwashed 

• Unworn 

• No stains

• Original tags still attached 

Note: If the return or replacement is not caused by quality problems, the buyer shall bear the return freight.

Warranty and Repairs

· What is IKAZZ's warranty policy?

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or replace it at our discretion.


This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed.
