Shipping & Delivery
All orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales-service@ikazzstore.com.
Our express shipping is free of charge. Depending on the shipping address, the order will be shipped using a different express shipping method. The express shipping methods we use are POST, E-POST first class, FedEx, UPS, DHL, SF-Express, etc. For the requirement of a shorter shipping time, we can offer a faster express shipping method ($25).
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can check the delivery status of your shipment.
Due to the different tax policies of various countries, import duties are expected to be collected (except for the United States). Buyer duties collection will be carried out according to one country`s national policies. Refusing to pay the customs fees upon receiving the product will result in the package being abandoned, destroyed or returned back to the sender. In this case, the customer will forfeit the item and all fees paid to IKAZZ.
Return & Exchange
We hope you love IKAZZ winter coat & puffer jacket! But if you're not 100% satisfied with our winter outfit, returns are easy and available within 30 days of the receive date.
Return Requirements for IKAZZ Outwear:
1. Within 30 days of the receive date
2. Original tags still attached
3. Returned in original packaging
4. Must in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition
Shop with confidence at IKAZZ, we are are dedicated to delivering high-quality winter outwear. If the return or exchange is caused by quality problems, shipping fees are Free. If it’s not, you shall pay.

1. When a puffer returns to our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the return requirements listed above.
-- If the puffer passes our quality check, you will receive the refund within 1-3 business days.
-- If our inspection finds that puffer does not meet the return requirements, we will refuse your return and keep the product.
2. If you receive a damaged/defective winter outfit, please contact IKAZZ Customer Service within 24 hours.
3. If the product has been damaged during shipping, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
